It’s time to take your next steps as a leader. Here are a few ways I may be able to help.

Ready to take your next steps as a leader? Great. I’m glad you’re here.

Your church has a big Kingdom vision, and as a leader you are doing everything you can to lead well. But if you’re like most leaders, you struggle reconciling the excitement of the big vision with the realities of managing all of the day-to-day responsibilities, having limited resources, and building the healthy staff culture you need to lead the healthy, thriving church you dream of.

I get it. I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly of church leadership, and I know how exhausting it can be to feel like you’re spinning wheels and not gaining any traction.

As the Founding and Lead Pastor of 2|42 Community Church, I’ve learned a thing or two along the way about building strong teams, systems, and a culture of generosity. I want to share everything I have learned with you so that your church can become the healthy, innovative, generous, and impactful church you are made to be.

What Others Are Saying

“We returned to Champaign last night. Our staff was overwhelmed by this retreat – in a great way. The chance to hear from you, walk along side your team, and to hang out with them all – was a real treat. Our team was challenged, inspired and motivated. Your friendship is a great help and I am thankful to have you coach us. God’s best to you and yours.”

“I’m grateful to have Dave as a coach in church planting. He is a great encourager and person who listens. With Dave, he never comes off like he has it all figured out, yet at the same time, I never leave a conversation without something to consider or a step that needs to be taken.”

“Dave Dummitt came well prepared to take our staff team through a series of vision casting and very practical how-to sessions to help us grow the Kingdom of God in Portland, Maine. The take-aways for our team have moved us to being better prepared to welcome and manage future growth. I highly encourage and recommend Dave to coach or help lead in God’s vision for expanding His Kingdom through the local church.”
