Dave Dummitt is a pastor, entrepreneur, and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience helping leaders win in both ministry and business. Most recently, he served as Senior Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, where he led a successful multi-campus turnaround after the 2018 leadership crisis.

Previously, Dave founded 2|42 Community Church in Michigan, growing it from a small launch team to 10,000+ across seven campuses. Known for innovation, generosity, and public-facing community centers, 2|42 remains a known and respected model for church and community integration.

Dave’s business experience includes co-founding GYVE, an innovative generosity platform for churches.  After a successful exit, Dave served on the board of The Solomon Foundation, the fastest-growing and third largest church extension fund in the U.S.  Recently, Dave has enjoyed commercial real estate investing and launching multiple franchise businesses in Chicagoland.
